1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER AN ORDER?
Orders will be delivered within 24 Hours.
Kindly note that orders placed on Thursdays will be delivered on Saturdays.

3. DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF DOHA?
We currently deliver in all areas in Doha, Lusail, Um Slal Mohamad, Ar Rayyan, Al Wajba, Al Sailiye and Industrial Area.
4. WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments from Credit/Debit Card via Online Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD)
5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Kindly note that we do not do refunds. However, UNOPENED and UNUSED items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Please email us at info@babyology.qa or text us on our WhatsApp and include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number, and date of purchase.
Our Customer Care Team will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the exchange.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order was delivered damaged (leakage, breakage, rips), please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@babyology.qa and include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number, date of purchase and photos of the damaged package.
Our Customer Care Team will get back to you and replace your order.
7. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE PRODUCT?
If you or your child suffers from an allergy reaction to one of the products, please immediately disregard using the product.
Kindly note that we do not hold responsibility for such cases and do not do any refunds.
8. DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?
Yes they do contain preservatives because water-based skin care and cleaning products can be contaminated with bacteria without preservatives.
However, our products contain the lowest levels of preservatives that are not harmful to you or your child.
